Make your menu ROCK!
Make your menu work harder for your customers, your teams and your bottom line with this menu engineering course, hosted by industry-leading expert, and original Menu Geek, Annica Wainwright from 2Forks
2Forks are the geekiest menu engineers on the food and drink scene, creating killer menus for UK heavyweights like Pizza Pilgrims, Dishoom, Wahaca, Rosa's Thai, Caravan, Tonkotsu and The Real Greek.
In 2024, co-founder Annica Wainwright packed her Marshall amp, 20 years of menu knowledge and a large box of Menu Geek merch and hit the road, delivering a series of sell-out menu engineering workshops that she's since worked hard to recreate in a course format.
After months of testing and perfecting, the course is finally here. It breaks the entire 360 Menu Optimisation process down into 10 easy steps, so that YOU can apply 2Forks' scientific, sales-boosting strategies to your own menu.
You'll complete this course with:
👉 A clear, step-by-step guide to 360° Menu Optimisation, from goal-setting right through to testing
👉 Proven behavioural science strategies you can apply to your menu and wider customer journey
👉 The smart Menu Matrix system you’ll use to turn your sales data into menu strategy over and over and over again
👉 Expert insights on pricing, strategic menu design, signposting and dish descriptions
👉 Free Menu Geeks membership on graduation

What to expect
Menu Engineering with 2Forks is a brand new course - but the content inside is tried and tested. Watch this video to hear operators share what they learned from the workshops we built this course on.

Bite-sized learning
The course content is the same as what Annica teaches in her full-day workshops, but it's now available to keep and access at your own pace, so you can fit modules into your busy schedule and come back to refresh your memory whenever you need to.

Live Lounge access
We know from running workshops that participants get huge value from sharing insights with each other - and that everyone likes to get feedback from Annica - so we've created a space where all that can happen. Access it with your backstage pass.

Menu Geeks community
Once you complete the course, you'll get a very special invitation. Exclusively for (course and workshop) graduates, our Menu Geeks community is where you'll continue to get feedback, inspiration and support from Annica, the 2Forks team and fellow alumni.

Let's talk cost
Times are hard right now and we do realise the price of this course is an investment. But we're also confident you'll make your money back - many times over. This course is PACKED with sales-boosting, profit-generating and cost-saving tips. All you have to do is put in the work.
And by going DIY instead of having 2Forks do it on your behalf, you can put your own business through 360 Menu Optimisation for less than 10% of the price of that service (which currently starts at £20,000).

We love indies
Just like we do at all 2Forks events, for every 10 seats we sell, we'll make one available on a "pay what you can" basis for an independent operator.
If you'd like to take this course and find yourself struggling with the fee, we invite you to apply for one of these here.

What are the highlights?
Menu Geeks from Loungers, Eat the Bird, The Restaurant Group, Liberation Group, The Big Table Group, Turtle Bay and more share what they liked most about Menu Engineering with 2Forks - the live workshop tour.

Emeka Frederick, Co-Founder, Chuku's
"Learning that it's not just about cash in the till, but that menus should support the customer experience and - critically - the team's experience, made so much sense. It helped us start looking at our menu in a completely different light"

Alice Woodhead, Campaign & Content Manager, Various Eateries PLC
"Insightful and thought provoking. I really enjoyed going through the matrix and understanding the key things to look at when designing a menu. I also enjoyed looking at actual menus. It really helped me visualise things."

Frank Maguire, Head of Marketing, Big Penny
"Even if you think you know how to 'do' menus, you can benefit from downloading a whole load of tips and tricks from Annica. She demonstrates the end-to-end process of building optimal menus from research through to design based on years of experience and testing."

Sneak peek
In Sweden, where Annica was born, they have a saying that translates as "Never buy the pig in the sack".
It essentially means that you should always have a good look at what you're buying before parting with cash.
